How to return

1. Contact us with your order number and let us know you’d like to return your FrostDry.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions.
3. Send the FrostDry back with all its parts, in its original packaging if you still have it.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method and let you know by email.
